The Uzbek Car of the Year is .... a Chevvy!

There is a factory in the Ferganna Valley in Uzbekistan that manufactures 300,000 cars a year. Yup, the factory is owned by GM, which explains why 80% of the cars on the road are Chevrolets. Also, 80% of the cars are white. It was 39C yesterday when we sat down for dinner in an outdoor cafe. You see the picture!

 

Although in my picture, there happens to be two BLACK Chevrolets (What were they THINKING?!!!) and a Lada. But on the bright side, I didn't get run over while taking the picture.
